Sanger Law’s legal and consulting practice focuses on energy, administrative, and public utility law representing industrial and commercial consumers, municipalities, energy trade associations, and renewable and cogeneration electricity producers.  Our goal is to use the full range of the firm’s resources to meet the diverse needs of our clients.  We are located in Portland, Oregon in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, which is in the forefront of many national energy and environmental issues.

   

Irion A. Sanger

Mr. Sanger’s practice focuses on energy, public utility, administrative, and regulatory matters.  Mr. Sanger provides legal and consulting advice to energy users, trade associations, municipalities, and electricity generators.  He represents clients at numerous state and federal agencies and courts in the Northwest and at FERC.

Max Greene

Mr. Greene represents clients on matters related to the clean energy transition in the Northwest, providing advice to nonprofits, trade associations, and electricity generators, among others. 

Ellie Hardwick

Ms. Hardwick represents clients and provides advice, research and analysis in administrative, energy, and public utility law matters.

Diego Rivas

Mr. Rivas provides legal and consulting advice in administrative, energy, and public utility law matters. Mr. Rivas has a background in utility policy and clean energy advocacy, and has expertise in utility resource planning, rate design, and demand-side management issues.

Min Hu

Ms. Hu is the firm’s office manager, paralegal, and accountant.  Ms. Hu is a CPA, has an electrical engineering bachelor’s degree, and has a business administration bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and finance.

Dustin Prater

Dustin Prater is responsible for paralegal services for Sanger Law. Mr. Prater graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history from Mercer University and graduated from the Paralegal program at Portland Community College.
